Observation

There are staff members that do not have documentation of Initial STARS and/or the Medication Training. A child's Individual Plan is not signed by the parent/guardian and is missing medication authorization form that will need to be signed by the doctor and parent. Need to ensure all required medications reflected on the plan is present at the program. A child had cough medicine that was brought to the site on November but the paperwork did not have a defined end time to stop administering to the child. The site will need to follow the label on the medication when administering and the time frame to administer. Hand Sanitizers must be kept inaccessible to children.
